Fresh fish, meat, wild herbs, the vegetables from our organic and synergistic garden, the generous nature is waiting to give us its extraordinary gifts, that all we have to do is collect.
Each season has its own characteristics and is linked to a precise memory of the flavours of home, of family meals, of special occasions at the family table. This same love we put into the care of the raw ingredients that the land gives us and this becomes the main ingredient of each of our dishes.
We treat raw ingredients with respect and gratitude, endeavouring to keep their flavours intact.
Bread, pasta, pastries, self-made with ancient grains, and rice from the rice fields of Sibari: the essence of a Calabria rich in culture, history and traditions; our land, the one we want to celebrate with a contemporary and health conscious touch.
