The bread and pasta are made from ancient grains and the rice comes from the rice fields of Sibari.

Our culinary team is constantly searching for flavours which have shaped the history of Calabrian gastronomy, inspired by the cornerstones of local cuisine in search of those almost forgotten treasures, such as the wild herbs that for generations have populated local kitchens and gardens.
